Its not the Constitution that protects us from tyranny, but 
the Declaration of Independence.                            
                                                            
That founding documents states, in no uncertain terms, the  
Right of the People to "alter or abolish" "any government"  
that abuses the Right of the People to "Life, Liberty and   
the Pursuit of Happiness."                                  
                                                            
Alter or abolish means Revolution.                          
                                                            
As long as we have the Right to Revolution, (and the means  
to accomplish that) we're safe. (Despite Clinton's efforts.)
