| War on War on Drugs The FOG (Fascist Occupied Government) asserts and displays its power OVER the American People in many ways. Intimidation is the name of the FOG's game and it uses its many police agencies and powers to achieve a kind of free-form terror over the American People. If it is not the IRS its the FBI or ATF or U.S. Marshal's Service or EPA or OSHA or the DEA that is used to keep our People in line and out of opposition. The FOG NEEDS People to be afraid of it because it operates by FEAR not REASON. It uses coercion to achieve its ends, a method proved successful over many years and many systems of government around the world. But coercion is un-American, it goes against everything we were founded upon. The fact that we don't oppose it, or even protest it very vigorously, shows how close the FOG is to becoming a true dictatorship. The FOG gets away with murder in many ways, not just the Weaver and Branch Davidian fiascos. The Donald Scott case in Malibu is a well know illustration of a FOG conspiracy to deprive us of our Rights and terrorize us into submission. The Scott case got its impetus from the FOG's law on assets forfeiture. If a property is used in the commission of an illegal activity, such as a drug transaction, that property goes into the possession of the investigating agency. Donald Scott, heir to a pharmaceutical fortune, was the owner of a prime piece of Southern California real estate located near the coast and surrounded on three sides by U.S. parkland. It was a small ranch and even had a waterfall. Mr. Scott lived there in a reclusive manner and did not wish to sell his property to the FOG. The FOG then discovered, lo and behold, marijuana growing on this ranch, based on the observations of a deputy with binoculars flying over the property in a helicopter. It turns out that Scott's young wife had been arrested few years earlier for simple marijuana possession and on the basis of this and the overflight observations a search warrant was issued to find the pot. An array of FOG and local police forces descended on the Scott ranch one morning and burst into his house. Scott, still in bed, heard the commotion and left his bedroom, revolver in hand as is his American Right, to investigate. He quickly met some of the raiders and they immediately shot him to death. No marijuana or other illegal drug WHATSOEVER was found on the property and there was no sign that the "marijuana" patch observed from the helicopter ever existed. Scott was totally innocent and now, totally DEAD. Those responsible have never been prosecuted, joining the long and ever growing list of FOG agents who have gotten away with murder. The Queen of assets forfeiture was the U.S. Attorney in Hartford Ct. who was recently relieved of her duties. She had set the record for most assets seized in drug cases including the assets of innocents whose property was used without their knowledge or consent to deal drugs. Then one day her own son was arrested for selling drugs out of her car and house. Guess what? There were no assets seized in this case and now she is out of power. Like many prosecutors she used her position to advance her career. She got plenty of free publicity, especially on the local news and built up her name recognition among the public FREE OF CHARGE in order to pave her way for a political career. We the People don't have to put up with this kind of corruption. We can put our collective foot down and say "NO MORE." A good place to start is the courtroom, specifically jury selection. All drug case defense attorneys should endeavor to protect their clients by asking certain questions of prospective jurors. The question that never gets asked, however, is "are you aware of any illegal drug activities among your family and friends?" Drug use is so rampant that few people can truthfully answer this question in the negative. Anyone who is AWARE of illegal drug activity but does not report it is guilty of MISPRISION.
A drug defendant who is convicted by a jury that harbors one or more individuals guilty of the crime of misprision has grounds for appeal. Any private investigator who checks out a juror's background is likely to discover several instances in which the juror knew of illegal drug activity and did not report it. For example, many middle class, middle age Americans who wouldn't go near cocaine or even marijuana have been compromised into misprision by the illegal use of legal drugs by their friends and family members. It is a felony to transfer a prescription drug to another party for any reason. Therefore, anyone who witnesses such a transaction of, say, a sleeping pill or a pain killer or a tranquilizer like Valium, and does not report it, is not fit for jury service. If such a person gets on a jury by saying he is not aware of any such transaction, and an investigator turns up evidence to the contrary, any negative verdict must be set aside and a new trial held. If enough drug defendants demand a trial and do an investigation the courts will clog up in no time due both to the trials and retrials (and probably re-retrials) and the lack of jurors who can honestly say they know of no such illegal transactions, or who are unwilling to put themselves and their families through this scrutiny, and take the Fifth. Perhaps one of their loved ones (even an elderly relative) will end up in the defendant's box and perhaps even lose their property to an ambitious prosecutor. Since judges would not want to officiate in one mistrial after another, and since taxpayers will balk at paying for all this, and since average citizens do not consider themselves criminals even if they ARE guilty of misprision, chances are only the most egregious drug cases will find their way into court and the other, minor, offenses will be winked at or, at worst, referred to treatment as a health problem. The courts and prisons will then be unclogged and the police could then use their proper powers to fight real, dangerous crime, and we'll all be better off. The war on drugs is actually a disguised war on Blacks and poor People in general. The harsher penalties against the sale and possession of the crack form of cocaine were created in an explicit, (but unacknowledged) attempt to manufacture an excuse to take large numbers of potential political activists off the street in a way that will not appear to the world at large as an attempt to stifle their political and human Rights. White kids, however, of the middle and upper middle classes generally use the powder form of cocaine and if they do get caught receive the proverbial slap-on-the-wrist and do "hard time" only at a rehab center courtesy of daddy's insurance plan. This is obviously not Justice, but corruption American style. Since the Supreme Court has repeatedly held that these discrepancies in sentencing are legal we can see clearly that the traditional American Right to EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW has been subverted by these Black-Robed Federal Ayatollahs, appointed by corrupt politicians to protect corrupt laws, and that only a Revolution will bring true Justice to American life. Be under no delusions that this Court consists of honest individuals. The current Chief received his original appointment as a reward for being Nixon's faithful hatchet man in a Justice Department headed by a man who ended up in prison for political corruption. The REVOLUTION will end up not only legalizing a harmless drug like marijuana, but hopefully cause marijuana to replace alcohol as America's recreational drug of choice. Marijuana is illegal for one reason and one reason ONLY: The literally tens of millions of dollars that have been contributed to various political campaigns over the years by the beer, wine and liquor industry. The beer, wine and liquor industry has a vested interest that marijuana remain illegal because if it were ever legalized a lot more people would try it and thus a lot more people would discover what a pleasant experience it can be, without the harmful side effects of alcohol, so many more people will stop drinking and start tokin' and industry profits will plummet. THAT is the only reason marijuana is still illegal. Marijuana is a vastly superior event than alcohol. It affects users in a different way than alcohol and is much safer in both the short and long terms. We all know that alcohol lowers inhibitions and causes many users to become aggressive and belligerent. An alcohol user is much more likely to do violence to his wife and kids and to get in fights with his friends and strangers. Fully 50% of ALL homicides are alcohol related and a similar percentage of driving fatalities are alcohol related as well. Marijuana does not affect people in this way. A person who is stoned does not feel like arguing or beating someone up and is most likely to be found in front of the TV giggling. If he does get behind the wheel of a car he is not a safe driver, but he is also not aggressive, overconfident and belligerent, which are the ways most alcohol related accidents occur. Nor is he likely to pass out behind the wheel of a speeding 3000 pound vehicle. The stoner gets mellow and feels good about himself. As for long term health problems, despite regular long term marijuana smoking by tens of millions of Americans for over thirty years now, there is NO ill health effects like lung cancer. On the other hand, we all know that alcohol is responsible for more health care costs than ANY other product including tobacco. Not only does it cause gross obesity, especially among long term beer drinkers, it also wrecks the livers of heavy users, damages or destroys the kidneys and causes pulmonary/circulatory problems and brain cell damage, with all that entails. The damage to the physical well being of its users are enormous and the costs to treat these extremely widespread problems are a big part of the reason our heath insurance prices are so high. But the executives and stockholders of the beer, wine and liquor industry make their money peddling this stuff, so it is unlikely anything short of REVOLUTION will set things right. We see today much emphasis on rooting out similar problems in the tobacco industry, such as calling nicotine an addictive drug, but alcohol is one of the MOST ADDICTIVE DRUGS in the world today and in terms of sheer numbers of Americans afflicted with the disease of alcoholism. And most alcoholics harm not only themselves, but also those around them including their loved ones. If nicotine is a drug that must be regulated, why not also alcohol? The answer has something to do with the fact that the alcohol industry spreads its contributions around much more widely than the tobacco industry ever did and had thus bought enough political protection to withstand any serious attack on the scourge of alcohol. So, while the politicians foam at the mouths about the enticement of little kids into smoking by cute characters like Joe Camel, the politicians and the media are strangely silent about the use of that adorable little puppy dog, Spuds McKensie. Children watch sporting events and see a steady barrage of beer ads featuring this pup as well as healthy athletes and for the boys, beautiful women in bikinis. The message is simple: "Alcohol is good fun." The message is also wrong. Take these harmful ads off the TV, as cigarette ads were 25 years ago, and we'll end up with a healthier society but it seems the politicians and alcohol executives don't want a healthier society, they just want MONEY. After the REVOLUTION the well being of the MANY will rate above the profits of a FEW. There is a device on the market that allows its operator to determine if anything had been handled by someone who had come in contact with cocaine. It is promoted to business owners as a means of determining if any employees have used cocaine in the recent past. It is extremely sensitive and can pick up tiny traces of the drug from virtually any surface that has been touched by the suspect. Computer keyboards are one such area that was shown in demonstrations on the Network news shows. Yet what the peddler of this device, and the Network news shows DON'T tell us is that cocaine residue is virtually everywhere. For example, in a study conducted in Miami a few years ago dollar bills were solicited from a range of local citizens including the Mayor, the Editor of the Miami Herald, the Chief of Police, the Archbishop of Miami and other prominent, presumably drug free area residents. EVERY single dollar that was submitted had traces of cocaine on it, yet no-one accused these individuals of being drug fiends, nor were they fired from their jobs for suspected drug use, even though everything they touched after handling this cash would also have been contaminated by the drug. This study simply showed that cocaine is very widespread and easily finds its way onto the hands of innocent people. The question is how many poor, innocent and powerless People have been fired from their jobs for suspected illegal drug use or possession after their employer used this device? Enough, probably, for a class action lawsuit. |
